Cauliflower - Snowball

This variety is snow white, growing to a 5-6" smooth, dense head with large exterior leaves. These plants are "self-blanching" with that leaves curl around the head to protect itself from the sun. Firm white heads for summer and fall harvest are well adapted to short season areas.
