Kohlrabi - White Vienna

This unique, cool season crop is similar to cabbage, but much sweeter. This delicious variety tastes great raw or steamed. The bulb is pale green and white in color and can be sown direct in early spring or early fall. Will tolerate some shade but prefers full sun.
